DUTCH Hormone Test kit: How to use

The DUTCH test stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. It is an at-home lab test that measures sex hormones, such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, as well as stress hormones like cortisol and their breakdown products (metabolites), using small urine samples collected on filter paper over a 24-hour period.
