Richard formerly worked as a scientist within the pharmaceutical industry while maintaining his hobbies in Olympic weightlifting.
Through the injuries obtained from training and competition, and a desire to heal and optimize his body, Richard was able to experience a wide range of therapeutic modalities including osteopathy.
Having completed 4 years of education through The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Richard was able to acquire more than 4200 hours of supervised education and 1000 hours of supervised practical training.
Dr. Ally received her Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor’s of Science, majoring in Biological Science and Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences.
Dr. Ally is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).
