Hi, I’m Dr. Michael Michna, ND (Dr. Mike).
The story of how I became a naturopathic doctor is deeply rooted in my own health journey and the experiences of those around me.
As a child, I struggled with persistent health issues—mainly chronic fatigue and digestive discomfort, often labeled as IBS or stress. I was passed from doctor to doctor without a clear diagnosis or real answers. It wasn’t until I met a naturopathic doctor who truly listened that everything began to shift. That experience empowered me to take charge of my health and showed me that true healing starts from the inside out.
Because I’ve lived through that uncertainty and frustration, I understand how discouraging it can be when you don’t feel heard. That’s why, in my practice, I create space for every patient to ask questions, to be curious, and to take an active role in their wellness journey.
I work with you to uncover the root causes of your health concerns—connecting the dots between your symptoms and history. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions here. We’ll craft a personalized, evidence-informed plan that supports your unique needs and goals.

Complex and chronic diseases
I believe the body is a complex, interconnected system—and that treating one issue means treating the person as a whole. I stay up to date with current research and integrate the best of evidence-based naturopathic medicine to support your long-term health.
When I’m not working with patients, you can find me playing volleyball or hiking nearby trails. I’m passionate about growth—in both personal and professional life—and continuously strive to sharpen my skills to better serve my community.
