My path to health began at age 15, when I was diagnosed with a heart condition. Overnight, I was thrown into a whirlwind of follow-up tests, specialist appointments, and surgical options. I was young, overwhelmed, and unsure how to articulate what I was feeling, process all the information, or advocate for myself.
That experience, at such a pivotal point in my life, shaped two core beliefs:
Education is power. Being told what’s happening is very different from truly understanding what’s happening. The doctors who slowed down, explained, drew pictures, and used analogies made the biggest impact. They turned an overwhelming process into one I could manage, giving me the clarity I needed to make the best decisions for my health.
I wanted to be that doctor for someone else. While my patients don’t typically come to me with heart concerns, many arrive with pain or health issues that affect their daily lives—often without a clear understanding of why it’s happening or what their options are. My goal is to be the doctor who takes the time to explain, guide, and empower you to make the right decisions for your health.
When you first meet with me, we’ll go through a complete health history and a focused physical exam, and I’ll walk you through your x-rays—bone by bone. Education is at the center of my care, because knowledge gives you control over your path back to health.
I use a variety of chiropractic adjustment techniques, including:
Diversified
Activator
Thompson methods
Every patient is unique, and these options allow me to tailor each care plan to what works best for you. These techniques are grounded in detailed neurological and biomechanical evaluations, with a focus on building a strong foundation by ensuring proper function from the pelvis upward—through the spine and out to the extremities—so your entire body can move and perform at its best.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my dog Bella (the goodest girl!), completing 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles in record time, and exploring any trail my feet can find.
I’m excited to meet you—and I’ll see you soon!
