This is a short appointment with a naturopath where we get to know your concerns and run a few tests to understand your health better and optimize your treatment plan. What Is The Initial Assessment?
At the initial assessment stage, we are really just looking to get to know you. We want to know what your health concerns are, what symptoms you currently have, and why you’ve come to a naturopath in the first place.

How Long Will My Initial Assessment Take?
The initial assessment is only a short appointment and will likely take between 60 and 90 minutes. During this time, our naturopath will evaluate health risks, potential nutrient deficiencies, food sensitivities and allergies, neurotransmitter imbalances, blood and organ toxicity, digestive issues, infections, genetic abnormalities, mental, and emotional influences.
It sounds like a lot, but we are determined to take this time to get to know as much as we can about you so that we can create an individualized treatment plan that will really tackle your needs.
