Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
This allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.

Payment is due at the time of service.
We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers.
Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your appointment.
If your provider does not cover direct billing, we’ll provide a receipt for reimbursement.
Services provided at Inside Health Clinic are not covered by OHIP.
Patients are responsible for confirming coverage through private insurance or paying out-of-pocket.
Free parking is available on-site.
Please allow time to find parking before your appointment.
Products are final sale unless damaged or defective at purchase.
Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written consent.
Retreat or event deposits may have separate terms (see below).
